Concept ALTA : Our pedagogical concept :

Knowledge will thus be acquired through theoretical skills associated with practical experiences. Both combined skills offer the best school experience for the pupil. School-life is therefore an equilibrium between cultural and educational life, and the acquisition of knowledge. The goal follows as follows:

Mobilization of school resources to promote sustainable learning and knowledge of knowledge. Work focused on an open-mindedness of the child and the development of his critical-sense from an early age by including a preponderant part in extra-curricular activities. We want to familiarize the child with technological tools in order to facilitate the transition of knowledge in the sciences of tomorrow. The taught-subjects: :

The school program imposes two major directions that include the educational curriculum as well as methods preparation to examinations. However, our pedagogical program goes well beyond the official requirements in order to allow students to obtain a well-round education that will guide them throughout their lives.

AltaSchool directs French-speaking environment to reach this target. French language is the second most spoken language in Algeria, as well as in Arabic. English language as well as Spanish language are the two complementary languages taught in our establishment, as second foreign languages. More general subjects of educations, such as religion, scientific teaching education such as Earth Sciences and Life, physics, mathematics, and chemistry are provided within the curriculum of the school. Scientific subjects are organized with material tools available in the laboratory and offer an empirical approach to the theoretical courses taught. Each class is also oriented towards art and culture sessions. Musical art is taught together with plastic and culinary art. Classical dance or the theater workshop are added to sports activities such as swimming, gymnastics, football, or even basketball and tennis. .

A Soroban workshop, the miracle tool of mental arithmetic, is also a discipline presented to students who wish to acquire the genius of mathematics from kindergarten. A mental arithmetic competition is held at the facility annually, which allows contestants to mark their talents in front of an audience and win prizes that are traditionally given to the best. Seeking a diversity of disciplines goes beyond compulsory education, as it is considered of major importance for the development of the child. The diversity in the subjects taught facilitates the discovery of oneself, and of the personality of the talent discovered which will forge the happiness of the students after school.

Performance Appraisal :

The pupils’ evaluation system is organized throughout the school year and thoroughly follows educational learning. It targets each subject and allows teachers to identify students’ shortcomings. Regular monthly or quarterly tests is undertaken according to a schedule made public and available on the school's educational platform via the parent section of the school's website.

You thus have the opportunity to follow the on-going school agenda, as well as the results of the student's grades and performance appraisal report.
